I bought a new house and didn't like the tiny island they gave us. We decided to have that pulled out and have a custom island put in. After getting many quotes we decided to go with Interior Nation; Deepak was willing to match/beat any quote that we received from other companies and seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for. We worked with Deepak for a while perfecting the design and size of the island; we already knew exactly what size and features we wanted but Deepak worked to perfect that concept. He made sure he maximized the space by giving us lots of storage compartments, a microwave shelf, and pots and pans drawers. Deepak came with the installer on the day of install and things went smoothly. Unfortunately, once Deepak left there were some issues with the installer but Deepak was quick to rectify that. Everything finished the way we expected it to. We have an issue with one of our drawers not closing properly because of the microwave trim kit and Deepak has offered to come in and get that fixed as soon as we have time. We are very happy with the end product. You cant expect a project like this, that has so much customization, to go 100% the way you want it to....the thing I liked about working with Deepak is that he will keep working to make your concepts a reality. The workmanship is amazing, and Deepak added extra touches, like a fancy toe kick, that we were not even expecting. Our island is quickly becoming the heart of our home because that is where all of our family seems to gather when together. Its like a feature piece and we couldnt be happier with it. I will definitely be using Deepak again for a basement project and have already recommended him to other family members.
