It is obvious they use inferior product and don’t lay the asphalt as thick as they state on their contract. When you contact them when the first problem shows up, neither Sam nor anyone else returns your calls. AVOID PAVESTAR IF YOU WANT SOMETHING THATS GOING TO LAST. Our driveway is now about 4.5 years old and looks worse than 10-15 year old driveways of our neighbours! After 6 months there were tire impressions showing after a hot day. After 1 year there was grass growing through the asphalt. After 2 years there were numerous cracks along the edges. Year 3 introduced us the cracks running top to bottom in a few places on the driveway. A couple areas near the top of the driveway started to sink a little. Year 4 the cracks are right from the top of the driveway down to the bottom. What were small indentations last year are now puddles over 1/2 deep and entire driveway is wavy.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY... GO ELSEWHERE! After 6 months (the first hot day inspiring) the driveway had a tire impression in it from my car (you can actually see the tread marks!). After 8 months I had grass sprouting up near the edges an numerous cracks throughout the middle of the driveway. Now 1 year has passed and my warranty is expired although I've called the office and Sam numerous times since May... Nothing has been fixed or repaired. I've been told someone would come by on days when I was home... Nobody ever came by. I hate to leave negative feedback but I'm glad none of the neighbours listened to me last year when I was saying good things about PaveStar because I'd hate knowing I referred someone to their poor quality of goods and services.
