Brad and Christa were amazing! They turned up on time (actually, a little early), and took time to explain the process fully and all of the options available for removing the Raccoon family. They were an efficient team-the raccoon family was removed and the hole in my roof repaired/protective wire grids over the vents installed, all within 90 mins. The whole experience, from booking the appointment to the actual work was very pleasant and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Bill arrived quickly to give an estimate on replacing some bricks in my chimney that were flaking due to severe water damage. He and his crew are hard workers and dealt with difficult working conditions (large number of wasps) without complaint. During the course of the repair, an unknown problem was identified, and Bill provided a number of options to resolve it with absolutely no pressure. The worksite was tidied when they left for the day, and very clean when they left. In fact, my patio was cleaner after they left, than when they arrived! They matched my difficult bricks, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will not hesitate to continue to use them to clean my chimney and have already recommended them to others.
