We had a number of electrical outlets that stopped working in our home. The cause of the problem wasn't easy to locate as whoever had done the wiring did not leave access panels in the basement when renovating. Muhammad went above and beyond to locate and identify the problem (wiring from a basement kitchen renovation that wasn't done properly). When he realized that we would need to open up the ceiling he provided full disclosure over the scope of work and did a neat and tidy job. The price wasn't cheap but was definitely reasonable for the scope of work performed and the time required to do it. He also provided options and had a transparent pricing model.
