Joe did an excellent job of clearing debris from a very high flat roof, difficult to access. He cleared another flat roof section as well. Then he repaired a mangled downspout. In all cases he took very helpful before- and-after photos. His work was excellent and his manner very pleasant and helpful.

Kailan and Lauren did outstanding work pruning bushes and trees and filling the bare spots in my gardens, which are dense and not readily accessible. They were creative, knowledgeable, and very pleasant and helpful in decision making. I could not be more delighted with the finished product and look forward to continuing to work with them ... because with a garden of course there is no such thing as a finished product.

This has been one of the most productive, professional, and perfectly executed business experiences I have had... Andrew and Matt were strategic, intelligent, sensitive(to the historic contents of an elderly person's home),energetic, and a pleasure to work with. At times I needed muscle to pull down a rod or dislodge a resistant item and they were most accommodating. It was a pleasure too to be witnessing a team that worked so cooperatively and collegially. Were I the president of your company, I would start thinking that a replacement might be found in either of these two very fine young men. I admire your business model. Having chosen this family business with an impressive history of accomplishments, I could not be more pleased with the result. The design and installation of a railing around a hitherto quite unremarkable flat roof garage on a century home have greatly and tastefully enhanced the allover appearance.
