I called Sam in the morning and Sam managed to book me in the same night. Quick, easy, honest, polite, friendly, professional. Exceptional service. The bottom of the washer was hard to access, but Sam was able to gain access. He looked diligently and found a plastic piece that had fallen in the motor pump. Could have easily cost me a new pump and motor. Explained everything thoroughly and was honest. Thank you Sam
