I have my dryer back!! The service was very professional - I know this because I have had it serviced for the exact same issue, to only have it break down a couple of months later & the previous technician/company were awful in comparison in every aspect! I would highly recommend this company and I have to praise Homestar's recommendation for leading me in the right direction....I might have averted the wast of $$ the 1st time
