Our new house had very outdated hot water tank and furnace that needed replacement, and after contacting several contractors we knew Laurenzo and Mirch were the one! They are simply the best - very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Can't ask for more! Laurenzo and Mirch came to do the estimate on Saturday, and took us in pretty much right away in the following week on Tuesday. The replacement/installation (which was described by other contractors as "complicated and difficult") was completely quickly and seamlessly. The price was also very reasonable compared to the other estimates we received. After the installation, we found that the installation damaged some electrical wires in the back wall and caused one of our rooms to have no power. We reached out to Westmount Heating about this and their response was excellent - they sent Mirch out pretty much right away, and fixed the wires! They even reimbursed the electrician cost that we had to pay for to identify the damage! We had our furnace losing power after the recent wind storm/power outage, reached out to Westmount and Laurenzo paid a visit the next day and fixed the issue right away. We are so impressed and amazed by the quality of service, and so happy that we went with Westmount Heating! Highly recommended for any heating services related work - you won't regret :)
