I didn't know what to expect from the company but I was overly impressed with their customer service and their costs. I was looking to buy two chest freezers, and found the same make/model that were way cheaper than the major stores. One of the major store competitors didn't have the freezers in stock and had to pay a deliver charge to place the order. Therefore I googled another company that carried the same product and found Ben's Maytag store. Both Joe and Matthew were helpful and knowledgeable. They offered to have the freezers delivered at no cost since they were going to be in our neighbourhood the next day. The delivery guys were extremely helpful. They took out the freezer out of the box so I wouldn't have to deal with any recyclables. Thank you for this great customer service.
