Appliance repair (washing machine)
Joe from Waterloo Appliance fixed our washing machine promptly, neatly, and at a very reasonable cost. Although it was a large job and took him a little longer than he expected, he kept the price fair and took the time to explain what he did and what I should look for in continuing to maintain my appliance. Joe clearly knows his craft very well and presents himself professionally and humbly. We are very pleased at the work he did. While we hope to not need to employ appliance repair people often, when we need to we will be certain to call Waterloo Appliance Service and to ask for Joe. By the way, he replaced the belt and pump on our Huebsch Washing Machine.
