Wade came recommended by a local supplier. He was quick to respond to my call and to fit into my schedule. Communication was excellent and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was careful to replace only what needed to be and made no effort to oversell. Will absolutely use again.

After researching various technologies available for water treatment (specifically the removal of minerals) I further researched company websites and Homestars. I chose two from Homestars, one with high ratings, though pricy, and Water Depot whose shop was quite near my home. To make a long story short, I was more impressed with the in-home quote performed by Home Depot - Andy took the time to explain the local water issues and was at pains not to oversell anything, and also warned of a few things people in the industry will try to sell you, either by a lack of knowledge of the local water or just trying to make an extra buck. He struck me as a friendly neighbour. I even sauntered into the shop one day and asked to take home some treated water to compare against our own, and they were happy to help. Contrast that with the other company who doubtless does great work but whose attitude (as I took from the in-home quote) was "yeah we're great, we're on HGTV ya know, and anyway I highly recommend the top end system here and as for how it works etc it's all online." Further, when I did research more RO solutions by the manufacturer they use, the lady on the phone had no idea what I was talking about, though did eventually get me a quote. So to sum up, Water Depot sold me a system based on a strong gut feel and the fact they were at every stage happy to help answer questions and concerns, versus a hurried and vaguely arrogant feel from the other company. The system works perfectly so far (3 weeks). Couldn't be happier.

was faced with a relatively short-notice move and had just finished reading of moving company horror stories and scams in GTA. First stop: the Better Business Bureau website where I discovered Angelo's company. Testimonials on his site gave me some level of comfort, but it was my first impressions of Angelo that made me feel he was the right choice. I was a little concerned that the quote template on the site would be inaccurate so I called him - he asked me to fill it in anyway, and said he would have a quote to me within a day. It arrived under two hours later! But then, based upon info I had provided, he called and recommended he come by to see for himself "to avoid surprises" on moving day. This was obviously a customer-oriented guy. You can see from the photo that this guy knows how to pack a truck, so be sure to show everything you intend to move. Come moving day I had somewhat more than he had planned and he couldn't squeeze in the truck...and it was completely my fault. Still, it BLEW me away when he offered to come back the next day with another guy to move the bits and pieces for the cost of gas! And this was at least a 130 km round trip and probably a four-hour commitment. I could talk much more about his constant communication, his promptness, accurate quote etc etc etc. Angelo is honest, personable, diligent and cares deeply about his customers. Now I understand why so many testimonials refer to Angelo by name - he is his company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for a smooth move! Thanks Angelo, you restore my faith in ethical business.
