I paid for 2 exterior doors, frames and installation. One door leaks. It has been almost a year since installation, and the problem is still not resolved. They have come out a couple of times, after very much difficulty, getting hold of them. They do not return calls or emails. You have to be able to catch them directly. Now they do not call me back at all, and my door still leaks. I currently have a complaint with the BBB
