Worst company ever. First , we changed our home phone line and its not compatible with the alarm but they didnt even realized that there was no signal connected, did not even bother to call till we called and asked hen they said they will install a box asked me to renew the contract to another two yrs, so i accepted (should have not). Then now we have just replaced the whole house windows and the patio door without realized that the window installer took out the alarm sensors. So we are not able to arm our alarm and called them. First, They told me that i have to pay 99.00 min an hour for the installation plus whatever the equipments that needed to be changed, then after arguing they told me to pay 300 and extend our contract for another three years. So i asked them what if i want to cancel, they said if i want to cancel, it will be 506.00. What a rip off !!! Worst company ever With worst customer service . Anywhere else but not this company everyone
