An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Recently an animal damaged the edge of my garage roof. Tiles were torn off and the drip edge was bent. When I called Titans RoofWorks, the phone was answered by Jeff who was both courteous and helpful. He made arrangements to send Rob the very next day to give me an estimate on the repair. Rob assessed the damage and discovered the drip edge was not properly installed. His quote included replacing the broken shingles and installing a new drip edge that would actually reach the eaves trough. After I accepted the quote, Nicole was able to schedule the repair promptly for the following week. I was very pleased that this repair could be done so quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with Rob who completed the repair. Part of the drip edge had to be custom bent. He attached it securely with screws. There was a gap in the wood sheathing that he was able to close, the shingles were replaced with ones that matched and everything was properly caulked. When the work was finished, Rob cleaned up the area and took away all the garbage. I would like to give Rob and Titans RoofWorks my highest recommendation.
