The way I approached a home inspection was more of a peace of mind type of thing given the fact that the house we were interested in (and ended up purchasing) was only 4 years old. Steve was able to point out some minor issues to keep an eye on. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. Exceeded my expectations when he took the time educate me on a number of topics including the houses plumbing and electrical set up). The infrared was interesting too. Very polite and professional. If all their inspectors are like Steve Blayney, I would recommend this company to anyone. Great Work. Money well spent.

This is our second time dealing with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. We closed the deal with Myron and worked out all the details. The glass in the bow window came out cracked, but the factory replaced it in 4 days. We also had another concern, which was resolved to our complete satisfaction. We are happy with Canadian Choice and Doors plan to use them again to replace our front Door. Great company, they stand by their products and the sales staff are excellent (Myron and the Installers went out of their way to work around my busy schedule) 10/10
A few nieghbours on our street had their windows replaced with Canadian Choice Windows so the company was recommended by quite a few people and we were able to see their work in-person. We had all of the windows in the house replaced. The windows look great, a great quality product at a competitive price (we had 5 other quotes). The ONLY complaint would be the fact that I had to spend hours picking up screws around the perimeter of the house. Apparently they were supposed to use a machine with a magnet to pick them all up (that never happened). Also, the installers broke a few plastic window coverings on the basement windows. I picked up all of the screws... and the plastic coverings which were old, I simply considered them a casualty of renovations. I didn't even call the company to complain because my wife and I are generally very happy with the work completed. Although I'm sure Oleg would have done everything possible to make us happy if I were to complain, it wasn't necessary. The moral of the story is to make sure the installers clean up properly before you let them go. Either way, I would recommend Canadian Choice Windows to anyone looking for new windows. 9/10 (-1 for the mess) Thanks for the great work!
