We hired foxcraft to put in a fireplace in our den. We were quite unhappy with the process as well as the end result. The company would make an appointment to come out to our house and they would not show up, they would not phone, they would not return any of our calls. Apparently we paid more for a warranty that means nothing. While the project is finished, we still have cracks that we will have to pay another company to fix.

The product was high quality. Everything we needed was in stock. The show room staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. There was an issue with a friend having an order ready. Instead of making her wait they shipped the order to her that day. She was very happy with the end result.
