Once again the friendly folks at Carleton Refrigeration gave me exceptional service. I had a/c problems a month or so ago and they were here within hours and as luck would have it my hot water heater packed it in on as Friday night . Brad Jackson was here Monday morning on time with quote in hand, tank was installed the next morning. As someone who works in the service industry I can truly appreciate the level of service the offer and maintain. I will be doing home renos in the spring and a furnace upgrade is in order. My home ac unit broke down and I placed a call to Carleton Refrigeration and a very pleasant person named Tracey took my call and promptly dispatched someone to my home. In less than two hours from the call the unit was repaired and I have to say the service was amazing. As someone who works in the service industry I can certainly appreciate good service. My wife and I plan some extensive home renos in the spring and with that will bring a new furnace unit. I will most definitely be calling them to get a quote on the new furnace...again...simply awesome service.
