Mike was really excellent. We were very surprised how knowledgeable he was about home, electrical, foundation issues including pool! The house we were inspecting was a 40 yr old home we just purchased. He was with us for 3 hrs, if not more...climbing into the ceiling, attic, roof, checking under the deck etc. We didn't know anything about Mike before we hired him, but were certainly pleasantly relieved! Other ratings on this site were true! Which is also great!- he does deserve a 10/10 *
