Best roofing company that we have ever dealt with. Titans rep Don comes as scheduled to inspect and quote the job. He sat down with us to go over his inspection results. As a retired couple Don was sensitive to our financial abilities. Don is able to input his inspection results into a computer which is setup in his truck thus providing a very professional and easy to read quote. Don calls two days later with our installation schedule. He arrives later in the day as scheduled to place a patch on the old roof to protect from further leaks should it rain. The material for the job shows up Wednesday, box is placed on driveway Thursday for the used material and Rodrigo and his installation crew show up Friday to install the new roof. The box was removed on the following Tuesday am. Dylan the roof inspector shows up on Wednesday to inspect the installation. Asks us if we have any questions and gives us his contact information should we have questions later................wow. Titans employees Nicole and Tracey at the office in Oakville made sure they took the time to answer all our questions. The Titans group of employees stay in touch regarding the job schedule and progress. They offer their contact information and encouraged us to ask questions.
