Kerry-Ann has been doing a great job cleaning our house. Her cleaning is always consistently good and she's very respectful of my young toddler's needs and schedule when we are home during the cleaning. Our only issues with Mona so far have been a few booking confusions with the office.

Iurii and his team were timely and conscientious. They did a good job with the move within the timeframe that we requested. They were flexible and the price was certainly fair. The piano arrived safely without any new marks or damage. All in all, we were happy with the service.

We hired ACT (the owner, Joe/Giuseppe, is now in Oakville, Ontario, Canada) to do tile work, backsplash, kitchen countertops, and our new bathroom vanities. Everything went fine with the tile work and kitchen countertop, but the bathroom vanities were a disaster. Joe and his cabinet maker (HC cabinets) botched the measurements and our faucet didn't fit with the backsplash. Then, they recut the quartz without consulting us and reinstalled it, with the backsplash behind the countertop. They put it in quickly before we could know it was being installed wrong. When we told them this was incorrect and the backsplash should be on top of the countertop, Joe admitted it was wrong, but then said it is done sometimes. They agreed to replace the countertop for us without additional cost, and then began to make excuses: they offered a rebate (which we rejected), they refused to remove the countertop after agreeing they would 2 days prior, they reneged on the timing, and claimed that nothing was wrong with the installation. Furthermore, the cupboards were scratched and damaged, and improperly stained. Then, they threatened to put a lien on our house (despite our contract stating our rights) since we did not pay them yet for these services, even though we were still negotiating . In the end, we settled to avoid litigation (and the legal costs, time, and stress associated with it). We were 3 weeks delayed moving in and my wife, who was 35 weeks pregnant, was beyond stressed because of Joe's foul language and accusations directed at us after his unethical work. Do right by yourself - don't hire this company and avoid Joe at all costs.

Frank at iInspect was extremely thorough on both of our home inspections. He was very patient with all of our questions as first time home buyers. He went above and beyond to not only point of potential problems with the house we were looking at, but also to let us know the little maintenance things we'd need to do as future home owners. He found two holes in roof that another well known inspection company missed in the seller's inspection. We highly recommend his services as a home inspector.
