An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
From the beginning of the process, Titans was incredibly professional in all aspects of the job. They made us feel very comfortable with the scale of the work, beginning with a thorough review of our roof, including pictures of the current condition. They also inspected inside our attic to assess insulation levels and venting, again with pictures. Titans made sure to keep us updated on our scheduled install day. The team arrived exactly as advertised, and completed the job in one day. They kept a tidy work site, and made sure to check in with us several times throughout the install to update progress. They even identified a poorly-installed ceiling fan vent and fixed it (with pictures!) to make sure the problem didn't continue. I would definitely recommend Titans for any future roof projects. We couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.
