I called Waterloo Appliance because they were the contract company for our warranty. It took a week for the appointment. Joe was a friendly, courteous repairman and tested the electronic boards to determine the problem. He suggested we replace one of the boards and repair the fans. He had turned the fridge back on to test it. While Joe was writing up his estimate for the repair, not only did the compressor start working, but the fans did too! I don't know what happened but I'm happy to report that the fridge seems to be working fine now. Perhaps it was just a stuck relay switch, as Joe suggested as a cause. He was both professional, personable and Honest!! He even said he would email GE to ask if they have ever had a similar incident. I would recommend Joe and Waterloo Appliance for certain.
