Closing time on Tuesday (5:35pm), we were helped by sales and agreed on price $1500 for W&D(scratch & dent). While we were waiting for approval on price from manager,another gentleman comes in asks if we are dealing on W&D set ...and we politely stated yes...he goes finds a different sales guy and scoops the set from us.. We were told he was in earlier in the day asking for a price so HE GOT IT! We told everyone that we were there first and had already agreed to purchase, but the other guy who was also buying a fridge was given priority.......We ended up having to pay more money! GO FIGURE because that was the best the manager Dana could do...Totally not handled correctly by SALES Team! Beware.......

Thank you for your comments. To help you understand our process and address your concerns, here is a recap of what transpired. A customer made a purchase of our clearance laundry while you were trying to negotiate a better deal on the already discounted set. As clearance pieces are in high demand and are short in supply, they are sold on a first come first serve basis. The set was sold to a customer who had viewed it earlier in the day and returned with a better understanding of the value being offered. We did not place the set on "hold" while the other customer was considering their purchase prior to your visit because of our first come first serve policy.Once the set was no longer available, you were provided with a solution. You agreed to purchase a discounted display model. Given that we had created a solution for you, and we had this discussion in-store, we are surprised to find your negative feedback.
