From the very initial contact with Perry, the service rep. we were pleased with his professionalism and patience when explaining the type of furnaces. He was also sensitive to include the seniors who were present as it was their home, and they had many questions. Perry built a sense of trust with my parents and they were willing to have him come to the home without the children needing to be present. This we were very appreciative of. When the installers John and Marc arrived to do the job, they were prompt, and very knowledgeable about the equipment they were installing. When we had any questions they took time to explain things to our satisfaction, especially when dealing with our elderly parents, who interrupted their work several times. The installers never became frustrated and displayed a professional approach to their work . To our surprise this very big job was completed on the same day. Prior to leaving the home the installer explained the thermostat and stayed even longer to ensure it was in working order(both the air conditioning and the heat (furnace). He also reminded us about the follow up maintenance. The only suggestion I have is that the company consider a senior discount as it was a high, but necessary cost for my parents. I would definitely recommend your company to others.
