Despite enthusiasm to close deal and good first impression, the final work was poor - lazy and sloppy (which was acknowledged by senior manager when he visited - one of 3 meetings on site to discuss the poor work). Damage to property (antique furniture, floors) & despite number of discussions, concerns not addressed. Little to no supervision on site or follow up on multiple comments and questions. Over-promised and under-delivered. Would probably be OK for very modern houses with simple walls and paintwork, but avoid if you live in an old property or unusual property. Would have debated final bill more, but after 3 weeks of backwards and forwards on trying to get job finished, and with a need to get property on the market, was not worth the energy or frustration. We are finishing the job ourselves.
