My wife and i needed our roof done and noticed that some of our neighbours were getting theirs done also. While driving past i saw a sign with the name That Roofing Company on it. I wrote down the number and when I got home I called. Within minutes I had a response from Randy the owner and not long after that he met me out front of my house. We went over the job verbally and Randy was more than helpful with explaining the brand of shingles as well as all the accessories that go along with roofing. That night we had a firm quote emailed to us along with contact numbers. We asked Randy to book us in and were told that it would be about a week or so till he could get to us as he had others already booked and also depends on the weather. We were kept informed about start times and WE actually had to put the job off a week due to guests arriving for and extended stay. We were accommodated with no problem at all. The job was started on Monday August 12 and was completed the next morning. On the morning when the job started Randy and the rest of his crew from That Roofing Company showed up ready to go. i met them on the driveway and the entire crew came up and introduced themselves to me with a handshake from each of them. Care was given to cover all the lawn, bushes, deck and windows so no damage was caused with removing the old shingles. The entire crew worked like a well oiled machine. At the end of the job every inch of my yard was cleaned up, neighbours yards on either side of me never had any debris on their properties, the yard looked better than before they started the job. Nice way to come home. I too am in the contracting business and know the value of customer service. That Roofing Companies has lived up to customer service and then some. I have asked Randy if he would mind me passing on his name to my customers I am that confident in the work he and his excellent crew provide, the knowledge he has when explaining the products he uses and the timley fashion to which the work was completed.
