The only thing I am happy with is the color of my home. VERY DISAPPOINTED, the finishing was not within reasonable expectations, I had to ask for multiple touch ups of missed areas and extra paint on trims (sloppy finishing), massive amounts of over-spray on my windows, used the incorrect tools to do the job, he did not estimate the correct amount of paint for the project and the list goes on. This job took far too long to complete as he would arrive at 10-11am and leave by 2pm. And to top things off Amir decided to use a putty knife to scrape and clean the over-spray from the windows which in turn put multiple, large, visible scratches on the glass. He is not taking responsibility to repair the damage and when asked about his insurance coverage which he clearly states on the quote, he told me that it was not active at the time of the damage and therefore he is not covered. I am now forced to go through my insurance company and take the hit. Nothing short of a nightmare, I would NEVER RECOMMEND. BEWARE of his ridiculous suggestions of 45% and 65% surcharges on late payments which he is trying to put on due to the fact that I am holding back $1600 due to the damage until this gets sorted out. Not to mention work that he quoted for that was never completed and has not removed from the final invoice. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
