We met Ryan in September 2019 and instantly liked him for his courteous, professional demeanour. Unfortunately, by the time we figured out exactly what we wanted for our new deck, Ryan was already booked for the year. Dissatisfied with our interaction with some of the other companies later in the year, we decided to contact Ryan again in early 2020. We are sooo glad we did. Ryan is a complete professional. He was very prompt, responsive and attentive to our needs. He not only addressed all of our many questions and concerns but also put them in practice with his attention to detail, neatness and thoroughness of job at hand. He honours his word and time commitment like no other. From our first call to our last, Ryan was always on time. In spite of the sweltering heat on the first two days and stormy, rainy weather on the third day, he and his teammate finished our deck in three days as promised. We are very happy with our new deck and would like to thank Ryan and his teammate for shaping our deck plan into reality!! Needless, to say, you will always be highly recommended!!

This is to thank Twintech Heating and Cooling for their exceptional and timely service. Mitch, their technician was very courteous and generous with his time right from his first meeting with us. He not only took the time to check everything but also educated us on why we needed what he recommended. Greg and Mitch graciously accommodated us on our requested day and time for job to be done. They were both very courteous and responsive to our needs and special requests especially in a tight spot. The job was finished neatly and on time. Thank you Twintech for your great service !

I am forever grateful to Bill and his two team members for accommodating us in their busy schedule. At first, he was kind enough to come on a short notice to give us an estimate on our required job. He explained to us the work that was needed and that he would try to fit us in before our patio interlock repair date. True to his word, he managed to squeeze us in within a week’s time period. When he came with his team, they were not only quick but also tidy in their work. They completed all areas of tuck pointing neatly and happily obliged to some of our other areas of requests. Bill tried to resolve some unexpected findings in the chimney with his best possible solution and a ten year warranty. On the whole, it was a very pleasant experience and I have the peace of mind of knowing that I had honest, integral and hardworking team take care of my repair job. I would take pride in recommending “The Chimney Company” in a heartbeat!!
