As an HVAC contractor, we would like or customer to see how we do the installation, quality workmanship and materials we used during installation so we can explain the details to the home owner. Obviously we want the best landscape contractor to help us with the design and construction. Javier came with his brother, made some suggestion and started the next day. The result was excellent. I already recommend them to my sister and the project should start very soon. Thank you Javier and Liz

I heard about Homestars in mid 2010, after I hired a locksmith who impressed me with his service. He told me how Homestars helped his business. I called Jessica and she took care of us right away. Like any thing in life there are always 2 or many sides to consider to make a decision. We found that it is so hard to get a review. people are busy with their life and to give a review client must register then the review pending for assessment by Homestars staff. The client will receive a note from Homestars that sometimes stuck in the "junk" folder. so many times our clients just gave up. This also time consuming for us to follow up. BUT the positive side......this also provide credibility to the users of Homestars knowing there is a process to validate the reviews. I also very grateful for Jessica or Colleen for being so patient and check those "stuck" reviews. Not all reviews are 10. we got a 4 just because our sales staff did not call after installation, but the customer is happy with installation (yes high expectation here). Yes we learn from the reviews and continuously improving our own process to ensure customer satisfaction. In summary, Homestars definitely help our business grow, we have Homestars logo everywhere ( office,business card, websites,advertising etc.). Thank you !!
