Complete top to bottom house cleaning prior to moving in, including appliances.
A hard working team of three, well organized, working very hard from start to finish. A refrigerator tempered glass panel was accidentally broken, and it was replaced, no questions asked. Maybe a bit pricier, but it was well worth it.
