We had our front door done 4 years ago by Renova and were happy with the overall experience, so after a few extremely unprofessional pressure induced quotes from other assumingly reptuable window companies (2 yahoo's actually showed up, full of themselves without masks during the height of Covid, claiming they had to rummage through their car to find masks, then further quoting a super high quote stating if we weren't happy with the quote, one call to Vito would make us smile.....), I remembered Zoran's calm and professional demeanor from Renova and contacted him for a quote. His quote was the last quote I needed. From the moment Zoran arrived for the quote, wearing a mask, it was clear he was not like all the other companies who came to try and pressure sell us their windows. We were impressed by the difference in the way he presented their product honestly stating the quality and difference between two and triple pane windows as my main concern was blocking out as much noise as possible. He was not pressuring us at all and made it clear that we did not need ro commit today. It is always great to see family working and running a business together. The commitment to one another and to their customers to deliver and install a quality product is clear to see as they work in unison together. When they removed rusted and leaking 12 yr old windows that had been done by another company you could see how disappointed and disgusted they were that another company could ethically install windows in such a way. They explained what the other company had done wrong and promised our new windows they installed will never leak and shift the way my old ones did. Renova in my opinion is the best choice for your window and door needs. They will not over quote then play games to reduce the price, they will honestly quote you their best price and a product within your budget and not pressure you to sign on the spot. The product installed will be a quality product with much attention detail in their installation. Thank you Zoran and Mirko, I have already recommended you to a few friends due to your great attitude, I am also hoping to see you soon to fix my door weather stripping as promised. Update - I paid for triple pane windows due to living in a very noisy, high car traffic area, I was hoping that noise would be reduced significantly. If I paid significantly more for them (I did not ask for a double pane quote), sound has not been greatly reduced at all in my opinion. All the same sounds heard prior to install are still heard, maybe just slightly reduced from my prior windows. I still hear my neighbour at 6 am beeping his key fob to unlock his car doors (with ear plugs), I was at least hoping not to still hear that, cars driving by on my street and the car traffic from a major roadway 1 block away. I also still have major condensation each morning, hoping this won't to lead to mold like my previous windows.

After 22 yrs my kitchen needed to be replaced, I waited a long time as I know kitchens are not cheap and have an impact on daily living being without a sink and cooking appliances. I called out approx. 7 companies for quotes and ideas. What stood out to me from the rest was Akram's passion and enthusiasm for the work he creates. The vision he had to make my small kitchen flow and be more functional blew me away. He was only one of 2 that I called out that provided me with two options of pricing along with full kitchen design so I could clearly see what my kitchen could look like. His design for my kitchen was stunning, he moved my fridge to give me more room, built additional counter space and covered unsightly bulkhead with extra long cupboard doors. Other companies only offered to have cabinets come underneath the bulkhead or to make more money and reno work by taking the bulkhead down. Another easy reason to choose Akram to complete my kitchen was his promise to have my kitchen including sink installed by the second day, Akram absolutely delivered on that promise. My kitchen is bright and functional. Spend the extra money and get the lazy Susan's, I am glad Akram insisted they were worth the extra cost as they hold so much. Thank you Akram for your vision for what I never ever thought my small kitchen could look like. Everyone is in awe when they come over and I love all the extra space with the added pantries!

I called Ray after another private security person came to install a new alarm pad and front door wires as we were getting a new front door. I have been trying to contact my initial contact since January with no response. Luckily I came across Ray and his company in order to help me reconnect my front door wires. Ray was patient and knowledgeable and explained my different available options for a monthly alarm system and clearly explained the costs and I feel he gave his honest and sincere answers to some of the questions I had. I truly believe him when he says if I have any issues or questions, call him and he will troubleshoot the issue. Thank you Ray for connecting my front door wires after the original company yielded no response. Ray answered my email immediately and after texting him my address came out same day and kept me up to date of how long he would be and was flexible to meet me at a time that suited me.
