Over seven years from installation, bad wind storm a few weeks ago. Cap shingles apparently missing on a whole run of the roof. I contacted Cynthia and Kas at Avenue Road Roofing. hopeful that the damage would be covered. First off, there may be many good roofers out there but a common problem is that they often won't call you back, either because they are too busy or can't be bothered. Avenue Road Roofing appears to have excellent customer service. (I called them twice in 3 years and the roof was installed by the previous owner, not me) They were generous and did not charge me for either fix up. Check out the 2 before and 1 after photos from this latest call. You're going to need post-installation warranty and after warranty service at some point. So it's good to go with someone who is going to be there, return your calls, and follow up properly. I am very appreciative

Just started with Jonathan. Excellent customer service. Worked with me to match the level of service I wanted. Crew did a great initial spring clean up. Felt like they went further during the initial visit than I expected at such a busy time of year.

David and Ed did a great job finding the right products to meet our security and installation needs. We wanted to keep character doors and they adapted the door and commercial-grade hardware to fit. Great organization and labeling of multiple sets of secure and master keys. Made it very easy to work with them. Highly recommend.

I've used Mat @ Red Fox Plumbing for both residential and commercial renovations. First off, he's an excellent problem solver, which is key for both ambitious renos and delicate work. Timely and accommodating for rough-ins and finishing, friendly and considerate. Often works with an apprentice or junior for larger projects and constantly quizzing them on best practices and how to think many steps ahead so you end up where you need to be.

Extremely happy that New Vision AV was referred to me. Yoni helped design and execute a large residential to commercial conversion that included a number of complicated pulls. Accommodation was made to both my schedule and budget. Job was finished on time and followed up to recommend quality equipment and installation tips. Pulls and plugs were finished nicely trimmed and labelled, ready to plug and play.

I've used Carpet Villa for both residential and most recently a commercial project. The Ber's always help to find the right products for the application (carpet, laminate, vinyl, hardwood, underpads, and probably more) and the installers worked hard and got the job done as quick as possible. Will use again. No problems. Good guys.

I contacted Avenue Road Roofing on Tuesday morning about my 5 year old roof, which had been installed by the previous owner. A number of shingles had flown off the ridge of the roof, apparently due to Raccoon damage. I was hesitant to call, as the new homeowner, to see if the warranty would be honored in this case. I am happy and relieved that my call was returned two days later in the early morning and the damage repaired at no cost the same day. Thank you for the great service.
