An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

The crew arrived on time, reviewed the job and gave me the price before they started working - so I knew exact amount which, by the way, was lower than estimate provided by phone when I was scheduling the service. 3. The job was done quickly and the quality of the work work is really good. 4. Chris and Brad were very nice, good communicators and indeed put a smile on my face (even though I didn't think it was possible that day) 5. I was so happy with the service that I already scheduled the next service.
