Delay: the project delay was counted by months. Oasis do not care about their customer. When we signed contract, I was told it took about 7-10 days to finish a bathroom. After we paid 90% to Oasis, we were told do not complain because 3-6 months postpone was normal. Trick:Be careful, Oasis always play game with their customers. If you do not put a time line in the contract, they can hold your project as long as they wish. The contract was very simple. They gave you lots of verbal commitments then they told you these items were not in contract. Quality: Lots of problems. Soft close drawers of cabinet were wrong. Cabinet size was wrong. Tile was not leveled. Communication with customer: Extremely unprofessional. Say F words when customer refused to pay the undone jobs....took away all the uninstalled material....nightmare... Never use this company
