We were able to find this expandable dining table with the matching chairs. The customer service was good, it took them 2-3 weeks to deliver the items from Montreal, hence the 4 stars! Other than that, it was a positive experience with their Burnaby Store.

We asked Steve to do our home inspection on a house we were going to buy. He was there on time. Because the tenant was still in the house, he started the inspection from the exterior and the yard. The inspection went very smooth and he explained everything while he was doing the inspection. He was very precise and thankfully was able to find out that the foundation was cracked! Although we walked away of the property but we were glad that he found it and we did not end up buying a broken foundation.

I had a situation where I needed a home inspector for the property I was going to buy, and I needed it quick! Literally for the same day afternoon! I was lucky that I found Paul with that short notice. He was there before me and already started the inspection. The inspection was done professionally and very smooth. Paul explained some stuff in the middle of the inspection, but mostly at the end. After he realized I was a first time home buyer, he also gave me some tips on how to maintain the furnace and water tank, etc. He labeled everything in the furnace room so that I know which is which later. The report he gave us was all inclusive, with all of the must dos, and recommended to dos and how to do them. The report was very clear and helpful. I would recommend Paul to my friends and will use him for my other inspections. P.S. I ended up buying the property.
