I am very impressed with the Little Building Company!! I had an urgent need to remove some decorative beams that were faulty. One of them had fallen - it was solid wood, approx 80 lbs and was secured with straight spikes instead of lag bolts. Sean was very receptive to my concern as a safety issue and managed to have a crew on site within 24 hours. Ben, Stephen and Hugh were very professional and I was impressed by how well they worked as a team. They came up with creative solutions to safely handle the removal- as you can see in the pictures below it was not a straightforward removal from an 8 foot ceiling! And they cleaned up afterward!! I am truly overwhelmed with their efficiency and reasonable rates and will definitely be working with Sean and his team for the next phases of my renovation!!
