Overall, Super experience dealing with Furnace King 1) Initial Consultation: Extremely thorough and professional. Sandip was a true gentleman. Arrived on time and provided a very detailed view of what was needed in our house, including the various rebates we were eligible for. He also gave a very detailed explanation of the setup process. As we were using Home Depot financing, he provided exact price (including the installment plan). Basically took all guesswork out. 2) Price: Extremely competitive for a high end product such as Trane. However, i had shopped around a bit and we were not far off on a price where both parties would be happy. Sandip made it happen. 3) Installation: Furnace King sent Mike to install our AC and Furnace. Overall, I was super impressed with the quality of the install and how professional they were around cleanliness. They took 8 hours + to finish the job and did not leave until everything was done. Everything worked perfectly. 4) After Sales Service: Same night as the install, Sandip followed up on our experience and if we had any issues. It feels nice to know that the company cares for the customer, even after work is done. There was a small hiccup on the wiring with the Ecobee 3 (that i thought), which they had agreed to install for me for free. In order to please me (the customer), they sent 2 technicians to ensure that it was installed correctly, which it was. Overall, i cant say enough good things about the company. From the quality of the sales rep to the installation guys to the technicians, this has been an A++ experience. Now i can see why they are rated so highly.
