I used these guys a year ago to rough in a kitchen and a 2 piece bathroom to my house. I renovated my whole house and changed the location of my kitchen and added a third bathroom. There was no demo for them to do as everything was exposed so it made it easier. They did however have to break ground obviously to tie in the new drains. Everything was done very well and very clean. I was extremely satisfied with the work. They also finished it in 12 hours which I was very surprised. They were the only trade that made it easy for me. These were big jobs that went beyond my plumbing experience so it's good to have guys like this that don't rip u off. Right now they are doing another bathroom roughin in my basement. Let's see how this one goes. So far A+. I'll post another review when they are done this beast of a job.

My roof needed to be redone adap and I wasn't sure who to call. On my way to work I saw a sign for guild wood roofing so I called. I had previously got a quote from another company but unfortunately they would never return my calls. So when I called simon he gave me a quote and it it was very good. He and his crew showed up and were super fast. They did my roof and separate garage in two days and were very clean. When they were done simon showed me around asking if I was ok with the job. Skip to two years later I have sold my house and got an inspection done. The inspector said he saw a lifted shingle(inspectors can't go on roofs or ladders apparently?) the inspector il used his phone to take pics and enlargened them. Anyway long story short is I called simon after two years and told him. He came by right away and took a look and there was nothing..I wasn't surprised by this as I could not even see the lifted shingle. Simon is a great guy and has great customer service. The job is done fast and clean. If u need a roof done use guild wood. Oh and on a side note even after the job was done and they were leaving Simon told one of his men to go back up and adjust a few shingles because he wanted it perfect. I couldn't tell but it looks great. Thanks Simon
