When our master bathroom shower was leaking into our family room ceiling, we had Victor from Home Improvement Source come assess where the water was leaking. Unfortunately, he found several places the shower was leaking, so we had him tear out the old tiles and floor and rebuild our entire shower so it was waterproof. He used the highest quality materials and he was meticulous about his workmanship. He was professional, friendly and easy to have in our house, and he cleaned up so nicely after he finished working every day. My husband and I are so happy with our new shower! It doesn't leak anymore and it looks beautiful. Thanks Victor and Patrick!!

Chris Robinson did a really fabulous job finishing our basement! His quality of work was impeccable and he worked hard every day as if he was working on his own basement. He put a lot of care and thought into the framing and how to work around the duct work and give us clean lines for walls. He always cleaned up every night so my husband and I could go downstairs to walk around and look at what he had done that day. I really appreciated how he tidied his tools and swept the floor at the end of every day. And Chris was a pleasure to have in our home every day! He was great with my kids and my dogs! We were so happy with how the basement turned out that we want to hire him next year to renovate our bathrooms. Thanks so much Chris for constructing an amazing space for our kids to play ping pong, watch movies and play videogames and board games!

We had our basement finished through The Home Improvement People and we would highly recommend them. Dan (owner) gave us the initial quote... then we met Elia (the project manager) for our walk thru... and both men were professional, friendly and knowledgeable about answering our questions. And if they didn't know the answer, they offered to contact a specialist. In our case, it was some duct work that we hoped could be moved (it couldn't in the long run). The price they gave us was competitive with the 2 other quotes we received. Then when the work began, we met Chris Robinson, the contractor who finished our basement. Work began the beginning of May and we were told about 8 weeks for the job to be completed. Except for some door handles that we were waiting on, the basement was finished by the end of June, as promised. My husband, Tom, and I can't say enough good things about Chris and the work he did for us. We absolutely LOVE our new basement! And the kids and all their friends love it too (the reason we finished it as a play space for them). We never had an issue with the work that Chris did. He was very skilled in every phase of the job, framing, flooring, drywall, painting, etc. He built us a feature rock wall with a TV and fireplace that is the best part of the whole basement! Chris was a pleasure to have in our home every day. He was great with our kids and our dogs. We almost didn't want our basement to be finished because then we wouldn't see Chris every day! :) Thanks Chris, Elia and Dan and all the trades that helped finish our basement.
