Drain from the stack to the sewer was clogged. Tried to snake it out myself to no avail. Have never dealt with DrainWorks before. Call was answered by a real person who was pleasant and helpful. Told me someone would be there between 5:30 and 7:30 that day and would call when they were on their way and this came to pass. The tech Jeremy [last name removed--Ed] inspected the drain and gave me a price which I agreed to. Was very helpful and pleasant and put on plastic booties over his shoes to keep the floors clean. Did the job quickly and in a professional manner and checked the work before he left to make sure the drain was clear. Very efficient organization. Give them a call
