I am living in my 3rd home protected by LVS Inc. When I acquired this property I called LVS to take over the monitoring of the existing system as I had been a client for 15 years. Since that time I have been very pleased with the operation of the system and the pricing for the monitoring. Recently I called LVS to add an additional panic button to the system as my mother was feeling vulnerable when she was alone in the home. I was quoted $200.00 plus HST for time and material. The technician arrived later that day, did the work, tested the panic button with the monitoring station and trained my mother on how to use it. The response time exceeded my expectations, the work was done very professionally, the technician cleaned up after himself and even wore boot covers to protect my flooring from his safety boots. There was no hidden extras in the job, it was billed as quoted. Being in the service industry myself I would say with some authority that LVS “gets it”.
