I'm a little late to review but really felt the need to. These guys came and did the top service with furnace, ducts, dryer vent, etc. The price was phenomenal and the service was even better. We had rented a house that was in pretty bad shape and the ducts were horrific, they scheduled us in first thing on Mon and what a difference. I've had this done with half azz companies and you can tell, this was the same price if not less and they really do the job well. Smelled fresh, air is clean, dirt is out and they cleaned up everything! Thanks Ryan!

I am very particular when it comes to researching projects to make sure I get the best deal/value there is. Nothing bothers me more than paying too much for something. After extensive research on sheds, the construction, and price, I decided to go with "In the Back Yard". I'm extremely happy I did, they were very professional from the initial quote, through the booking, to completion. The shed isn't like the kits you would get from the big box stores, it's made from house standard lumber sizes, 2x4, 2x6, etc. Very sturdy, installed level and turn key. It looks great and feels great for the same price as the box store inferior shed kit if you included installation! I'm about 5 weeks late writing the review but trust me these guys are the best value around!

I purchased the original duct cleaning through Groupon after I read the many, many good reviews here. The cleaning included ducts and 12 registers, I knew what all of the additional costs would be and was fine with that. Diya came on very short notice to suit my schedule and did a fantastic job. I recently purchased a new house that was filthy, I gutted it, and renovated the entire house. The ducts had never been cleaned previously and there was an inch of cat hair in the returns as well as debris in the ducts. We added to that with the renovation. Diya did an excellent and very thorough job. I have had ducts cleaned in the past and they are in and out within an hour and you wonder if they actually did anything. Diya explained everything he was doing while he was doing it and took a great deal of time making sure the job was done right. The ducts, furnace and AC were cleaned impeccably and I will certainly use Diya and Diamond Duct cleaning for all of my duct cleaning needs in the future! Thanks for doing such a great job Diya! I rarely write reviews, but in this case I am making an exception. I contacted Don after reading ALL of the great reviews on his inspections and a lot of bad reviews on other companies. I'm glad I did, Don was able to juggle his schedule and do my inspection the next day. He asked me to be there for the duration of the inspection, which was refreshing from what I had experienced in the past. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He walked me through everything while he was doing it and offered great advice as he was a former contractor. DON DOES NOT CUT CORNERS!! The report, explanation, and pictures have helped me prioritize what needs to be done and when. I am exceptionally happy with the job Don did and would use nobody else ever! Thanks Don!
