replace water heater, vent microwave to outside and prepare for gas range
I had a leaking hot water heater that was in need of replacing. A Reliance technician had assured me it still had life left in it. When I noticed it leaking I had no choice but to drain the tank and had no water in my home. I called Nick on a Sunday evening. He and his technician were there Monday morning as promised. They worked the entire day and completed the installation of the new tank and also did the work on the microwave venting and the gas hookup for the range. The work was done as promised with little disruption to me. I appreciate Nick's sense of urgency, his good work and his honesty. 10 out 10 for sure!
