Cancelled one week after applying, prior to any work being done (suppose to be no penalty for opt out). Told them I was cancelling as I could not get the Gov't rebate. Without the rebate, I did not feel it was worth the cost. Called Mr. Tankless for reimbursement of $93.50 fee (spoke to Sherry & Mo) and was told (not too nicely) that this was an administration fee & would not be reimbursed. Mo asked if I could get the rebate, would I still take the system. I told him that if this was his idea of customer service, I was not impressed and no I would not take it now. He said I was just looking for an excuse to cancel and would not get my $$ back. I then contacted the Ministry of Consumer Services (1-800-889-9768) for procedure to follow in order to make a formal complaint.
