Scott and Russell did an amazing job on refinishing my furniture however the handling of an issue I had with them attaching new shiny silver hardware was not received with any type of concern. I have an antique set that has brass hardware on it. They decided the glass cabinet needed a closing clasp and put a shiny silver one on, when I question it I was told they always do that. I wrote a letter to Russell about my concern, mainly because they drilled holes into a piece of furniture without asking my thoughts and then putting a non brass clasp on. It might be hidden when the door is closed as Scott said but when I open the cabinet it looks horrible. So because I have not received any communication back from Russell I would never recommend or use Glen Valley again. I guess there was no need now that they have my money.
