Our house was built before 1940. It wasn't in terrible shape but needed some tuck pointing on the chimney and other parts of the house. Turnbull Masonry sent out two men who worked on the house for two days. Very polite and cleaned up after finishing. Two days later I noticed 3 spots that had been overlooked and I called Turnbull Masonry and the two gentleman came back within a week an fixed the missed spots. Very reliable company and I would definitely use them again.

So I will first start with saying that I have spoken with Stephen and Andrew (never met) on separate occasions with different issues. Both extremely polite and helpful. Last year late December of 2018 our furnace stopped working on a Saturday night. My husband was recovering from a quduraple bypass. After calling several companies on early Sunday morning DC one of them . They were the only company to call me back within an hour. After speaking with Stephen he said no problem they could come by Monday morning if we could wait because being a Sunday it was going to cost more. I told Stephen that it didn't matter we needed heat because of my husband and my hands are tied. He sent Robert and we were back in business. I'm not rich but I appreciate that he gave me the option to wait till Monday. This year it was my water heater. Andrew sent me Bruce. Once again I can have a warm bath and shower. Both Robert and Bruce are super nice guys. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of and I trust their input. I will always call Davenport/Campbell for future issues. Hopefully not for a while. I just wanted to say to Stephen and Andrew that I heard about the recent passing of your father and I am truly sorry. I also wanted to let you know that I was referred to you by Chris Young, who is now retired and was my go to plumber.

Derek and his crew showed up at 7:30. They spent approx. 4 hours cleaning and trimming alot of overgrown trees in our backyard. We had a lot of very large branches over hanging our deck that has glass that we were concern about, but Derek assured me that I had nothing to worry about. They cleaned up as if they were never here. I will be using them again in the future.

Max was great in explaining that our old Bora unit(10 years old) was not worth fixing. Which we kinda new already. He installed a new Lennox which he recomended was the best. He is very polite and explained anything I needed to know about our new air unit. He cleaned up the area inside and out as if they were never their. I will definitly use Aire Max again if i ever need any future heating or cooling services again.
