Visic Brothers have done work for us in the past, so when the time came to renovate the basement and consolidate our heating and domestic hot water into one unit, a combi-unit, the choice was natural. Marko and Angelo were knowledgeable and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. Straightforward answers with no up-selling. I went with the Nevean combi-unit, which is compact and wall-mounted, and we had them install in-floor heating in the basement, powered by the same unit under a separate loop. We are more than satisfied with the result. Kyle and John were professional, courteous and clean, and worked steady to get the job done quickly. We had them rough-in some gas pipes for future use of stove, dryer, and bbq, as well. Our contractor commented on how clean the work was. Mary and I are very impressed and happy with the quality of work and service we've come to expect from Home Decor. We had an exterior french patio door put in yesterday. The installers were very careful in prepping the work area and left the area clean when they left. They took the time to explain the work they were doing and were patient in answering the questions I had.
