Very disappointed in this company and will not use them again. They came to fix my oven, ordered a part that was supposedly on back order and I had to wait 6 months for them to come install it. I kept calling and they never called back. Finally they came to install the part and it still did not work. I gave up and call someone else who fixed the problem on their first visit for a fraction of the price. That person told me that they did not install any new part from what he could see and that there is no part that is worth as much as I paid. They took a deposit for the part and then they were hoping I would give up calling them so they could cash in but never do any work. If that happens to you can call Mastercard to contest the charge and they should be able to do so if it is in the last 4 months.
