Arrived early called ahead very thoughtful guys. Very clear instructions on pricing. Worked quickly and carefully, quite personable. They cleaned the site and did a final walk through to make sure they got everything. Great crew, very professional. One of the guys Brandon was stopped by an elderly lady who said she had junk to get rid of—he very kindly talked her though how to get in touch with the office to schedule a pickup. Very kind and caring. Terrific crew terrific company highly recommend!

Carpet threading came loose, as you can see in the photo. The company came as a referral and well recommended---and they were great. Knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, did a great job and very quickly. The replacement piece, from spare original carpet, will blend perfectly once the rest of the area is steam-cleaned. Very personable and meticulous, the two gentlemen who took care of the work were terrific. Highly recommend their service!

A cold call to Aaron, from a website, and they set us up for a chimney cleaning, with an on the spot quote. Technician Tony gave us a call apologizing he'd be 15 minutes late, arrived before 15 minutes, and did a terrific job of cleaning a very sooty chimney, and keeping everything spotless. Afterwards we noticed a bracket to anchor the chimney pop-top had gone missing (it had come loose). When I brought it to their attention, Kelley from the office actually dropped off a spare they had at the office, no charge, on his way home. The final cost plus HST was exactly what they had quoted for cleaning and inspection. It has been quite awhile since we have had this kind of kindness, sensitivity and care. Everyone was so helpful and considerate at every step. Be sure we will be putting them in our annual contact list, a and recommending them to anyone who needs their flues spruced up! An excellent company, they provided very quick estimates, and included some suggestions to improve what we had in mind based on the existing situation. The work was scheduled and completed as estimated, the result was terrific and completely solved the reason we had called them in, and improved what was there. It included replacing a worn cement walkway, as well as tuck pointing and repairing brickwork. Otto and Marie-Jo made sure everything was done to top quality and were very warm, understanding and accommodating. A last minute addition to lay down some parking pad gravel was expedited and done in no time. These folks are terrific. I had not worked with them before but they came highly recommended, and they lived up to the recommendation and more! Thank you!

Fast response, problem solved cleanly and efficiently, courteously. Phone attendant worked to expedite the issue, even though I called on a Sunday afternoon, by 10 am Monday morning issue was done!
