While looking for a new home, my wife and I have hired the services of Sean Moss Home and Mould Inspection twice. We almost purchased a beautiful heritage home that my wife had fallen in love with. After finding Sean Moss on Homestars.com and reading the many positive reviews written about Sean Moss aswell as his experience with old/ heritage homes, we decided to hire him to inspect our potential dream home. After Sean's VERY indepth and thorough inspection report, my wife and I decided to walk away from the purchase of our " dream home". With the amount of structural decay aswell as a number of other major issues uncovered by Sean that a previous inspector had overlooked we had the information needed to keep ourselves from purchasing a money pit that would have ruined us financially. So after finding the next house we were interested in buying, there was no doubt as to who we would hire to inspect all other possible homes. The next home was a very well maintained and much newer property, therefore we hadn't expected to find any major concerns. Well after checking every possible nook and crany Sean Moss discovered black mould inside of the ceiling space aswell as some in the shower. Because of Seans diligence the homeowners agreed to remidiate all mould issues prior to our purchase of the home. We have recommended Sean Moss to our friends and family who are looking to buy a new home. We cannot say enough how much we appreciate the services and care shown by Sean Moss and have no doubt who will be inspecting every home we purchase in the future.
